How do I open an account?
Choose Join Now, provide your details and state that you are 19 or older. After we complete our identity and location checks, your first deposit can be made from C$10.
What are the minimum and maximum cash out amounts?
The minimum for each cash out is C$50, and the daily withdrawal limit is C$25,000.

Can I restrict my deposits or time spent playing?
In your account settings you can apply limits on deposits, wagers and stakes, or activate time reminders. A lower limit starts straight away, and a higher one takes effect 24 hours later.
Which documents do you need, and when?
Our KYC process means your identity and home address must be checked prior to accepting your initial deposit. Typically, we request photo identification from a government authority, plus a document proving your residential address that is only a few months old at most. At the withdrawal stage, we may also want evidence confirming you are the registered holder of whichever payment method funded your account.
How fast do withdrawals arrive?
Once approved, a cash out reaches you within one to four hours with most methods. Bank wire transfers can need up to 12 hours.
How can I protect my account?
Choose a strong password that is not used on any other site, and never share your login details. Always log out on shared devices, and email [email protected] straight away if you see activity you do not recognise.
